Speaking, Blogging Schedule for SMX Advanced 2009

Look excited: It’s conference speaking and liveblogging time again! I’m actually plenty excited about heading off to Seattle next week. SMX Advanced hits June 2-3 and is one of my most favorite shows all year. If you’re reading this remembering that you haven’t registered yet, well, I’d get on that. There are only 30 TICKETS LEFT and SMX Advanced has a way of selling out. Because it’s awesome.

If you’re going to be in town, you’ll find both Rae and myself in Seattle this year (Rhea has to stay home and clean my apartment), so do come over and say hi. If you prove you’re brave enough to share a beer with Rae we’ll give you one of the custom Outspoken Media logo stickers that our pals Loren Baker and PsPrint gave us a while back. You know you want one for your laptop. Or ceiling.

Rae will be moderating Tuesday’s Social Media & Search Marketing: Not The Same Old Stuff session with Brent Csutoras, Jen Miller and Dave Snyder. You’ll also catch her getting loud and vocal on Wednesday’s SEO Vets Take All Corners session that is absolutely overflowing with search heavyweights. It’s the one session big enough to combine the likes of Greg Boser, Bruce Clay, Vanessa Fox, Todd Friesen, Stephan Spencer and Brett Tabke.  It’s sure to be loud, crazy and impossible to liveblog. Hopefully, everyone will behave themselves. [Here’s looking at you, Oilman]

And of course, we’ll be liveblogging the show to bring the appropriate amount of snark to the event. Here’s a sneak preview of the sessions we’ll be covering next week.

Day 1: Tuesday

9:00am-10:15am: Social Media & Search Marketing: Not The Same Old Stuff
11:00am-12:15pm: Duplicate Content Solutions & The Canonical Tag
1:45pm-3:00pm: SEO Ranking Factors In 2009
3:30pm-4:45pm: Beyond The Usual Link Building
5:00pm-5:45pm: You&A with Matt Cutts

Day 2: Wednesday

9:00am-9:45am: Keynote Q&A: Dr. Qi Lu, President, Online Services Division, Microsoft
10:30am-11:45am: Conducting An SEO Audit To Troubleshoot Problems & Tune-Up Performance
1:30pm-2:45pm: Amazing PPC Tactics
3:00pm-4:15pm: Mega Session: SEO Vets Take All Comers

And that’s it. If you haven’t registered for SMX Advanced yet, do it now. Do NOT miss out on all the fun and networking in Seattle! We’ll see you there.
