What digital marketing services don’t you provide?

Paid marketing: If you want an agency to consolidate all of your digital marketing services under, we’re probably not the right fit. We don’t manage the day-to-day of paid search campaigns, but we can audit your existing campaigns and put you in touch with some of the industry’s top paid marketers. Because we’re a growing agency we focus on being the best at what we do, which gives our clients an exceptional value in organic, owned and earned digital marketing services.

Design & Development: We have team members and contractors who handle both design and development for client projects, however we don’t offer this as a one-off service. Your needs are probably very different than the needs of our other clients and trying to hire for every unique environment, CMS, and aesthetic is a lot to manage. We’re focused on delivering the best quality work we can, which means we’re happy to connect you with industry friends we trust who do incredible design and development to fit your needs whether it’s Drupal, Magento, a home-grown CMS, or other technical requirements.

Social Media Management: We work closely with out clients to develop engaging social media strategies, but we leave the day-to-day management of social media marketing to you. We don’t believe in outsourcing your brand or paying agency prices for something that should really be an in-house position (unless you have the budget to outsource an entire department in which case there are large social media marketing agencies that specialize in just this).

Our monthly engagements are structured not only to align with a client’s needs, but also to give our team the time and resources to deliver the results you expect. Cost can vary depending on the specific services requested, but we’ve learned that a monthly budget of at least $5,000 is necessary to support the level of service and consulting we provide to our retained clients.

We also take on project-based work that includes services like SEO audits, consulting, opportunity analysis, content strategies, link development and outreach strategies, keyword research, content optimization, and audience analysis. We never take a one-size-fits-all approach, so the price of one-time work is determined by your needs and the scope of the project.

How do you handle payment terms?

No two clients are the same when it comes to their digital marketing needs. And we understand that those differences often extend beyond your marketing department and into processes that determine how payment terms should be structured. Since we deliver value from the very beginning, we typically invoice quickly and prefer shorter payment terms. But if there is something in your process that demands longer terms, let us know and we can likely work things out.

Who will work on your account?

Our team of strategists, specialists, and marketing assistants work collaboratively to craft custom internet marketing services. Every client we work with is assigned a minimum of three team members, which always include a dedicated Account Manager, a Lead Strategist to ensure the work always aligns with your objectives, and a Marketing Assistant to help get the job done. Depending on the complexity of the work, we bring in other team members to contribute to content creation, design, development, user experience, brand development, data analysis and research, and more.
