Spring is officially here, and you know what that means. The trees and flowers are in bloom, the weather’s doing all sorts of wacky things, and Outspoken Media is in full conference season mode. Rhea recently spoke at SearchFest, and then OSM represented at SMX West 2012. Next up is LinkLove Boston, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Not only does this event promise to kick just as much butt as—if not more than—SearchLove NYC did, it’ll be the first conference where we get to show off and brag about our SEO Manager, Joe Schaefer who has brought knowledge, a wicked sense of humor, and testosterone to the OSM office.
Outspoken Media CEO Rhea Drysdale will be speaking, along with other industry heavyweights like Rand Fishkin, Wil Reynolds, and Justin Briggs. I’ll be there to stretch my liveblogging muscles. And did you know LinkLove Boston is being held at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School? Between the location and the fantastic sessions, I’m hoping to leave this conference smarter just by osmosis.
Here are the sessions we’ll be liveblogging:
- 9:10am-9:55am: Content Strategy vs. Link Building – Rand Fishkin
- 9:55am-10:40am: How to Measure and Report on Link Building – Justin Briggs
- 10:55-11:40: Link Building by Imitation – Ross Hudgens
- 11:40am-12:25pm: Building a Link Development Calendar – Rhea Drysdale
- 1:15pm-2:00pm: Building Targets, Relationships and Links – Wil Reynolds
- 2:00pm-2:45pm: Best in Show: Tools for Building Links – John Doherty
Be sure to check out Distilled’s Events Blog for more info about the topic tables you’ll be able to join during lunch for even more link love. Not a moment is wasted at these conferences. You can also get a sneak peek at what the sessions will cover from speakers like Rhea, Rand, and Ross. I don’t think they planned it this way, but it looks like LinkLove Boston is brought to you by the letter R.
If you haven’t yet registered for LinkLove Boston, there’s still a little time. We expect to hear so much valuable, actionable information that we’re sending three OSM team members, so grab one or all of us for a chat, a drink, or just to say hello.
But if, for whatever reason, you can’t make it, set a reminder to follow the Outspoken Media blog for our liveblogging coverage. Either way, you don’t want to miss this one. See you there, and here on the blog!
