Ho Ho Ho! What an awesome post! Thanks for including our Google Dance infographic. It’s like an early Christmas present. It was a blast walking down memory lane and putting it together. I’m glad to see it’s doing its job. Each angst, change, and whisper that happened during those changes, I know we all felt.

The New kids on the SEO block likely don’t know about google dances. And even more importantly, understanding that there is no such thing as “where a site ranks” is critical to anyone doing anything in the SEO space today.

I agree that Google results are getting more timely, but also more unpredictable day-to-day. Good idea to temper expectations.
