Great post on lifecycle marketing and follow-through. I have marked to utilize in future conversations with clients! One thing to think about: you&#039;ve included emails from two different account reps, but the one from Chrissy shows her email address a couple of times. Perhaps blank it out so she doesn&#039;t get spammed or tons of questions directed to her personally? I&#039;m sure that she&#039;d be more than willing to address them as this case study shows, but I&#039;m not sure it&#039;s a good idea to put someone&#039;s email address out there without their permission.]]></description>
