Thanks for the tips! I often forget with WordPress and Joomla websites to double check what the h1 tag gets wrapped around when a client uses their own or a purchased template. I was too lazy to count the “ya’knows” so I’ll take a guess at 11.

But, all our clients wait value-for-money, and, therefore expect hard copy of “macro-SEO audit” with uncompromised amount of details and pages. Of course, we have document templates – it helps. I am just delighted to see that your analysis matches structurally with our approach. However, such micro-SEO audit as yours we use as free engagement meanings for potential clients. This is because, as you stated too, without Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tool you cannot draw final conclusions.

I don’t think SEO’s know how great Screaming Frog is a spidering tool. If you haven’t tried it you might want to.

One thing with the meta descriptions being needed. Some SEO’s don’t always agree with this statement. if you are writing great copy it might make sense to allow Google pull from the page content for description broaden the ability of Google pulling different keywords into the description you can be found for. Confining them to static description my not always allow you to rank for the all keywords you could. The other side of this is the CTR might not be as good as it could for you primary keywords if it is just jumbled text from the body.
