I’d like to second Joe’s comment, Lisa. I know that liveblogging takes a lot of effort, and your schedule was a tough one. As a result, you lost out on a lot, just so that we could benefit from your efforts.

Last year I missed Pubcon because I wasn’t really into attending conferences yet. This year, I missed it because I’m both tapped out (yay – I got to five this year!) and financial timing mixed with a sudden surge in more work than I can shake a stick at. So not being at Pubcon this time was a bigger deal for me because I’ve come to actually build some serious IRL friendships in the community. Your social tweeting commentary along the way, combined with these great liveblogs really help ease the pain.

I can’t wait to go to a few of your sessions. It seems like I am always scheduled to speak at the same times as Rea and a few others or I have a meeting and can’t make it. I kept my schedule free for a few of them. See you all there!
