Not a problem at all. I appreciate you pointing it out if it was unclear. Liveblogging sometimes doesn't leave enough time for thorough editing! :-)

Hello, Doug. Thanks for your comment.

If you check the post, you'll see the beginning of the paragraph talks about user generated content. The mention of Ripoff Report was an extension of that portion of the presentation.

I've combined the two paragraphs to make it a little clearer that the consumer complaint sites were also part of the user generated content discussion. Thanks again!

Ahh - that's capital! But seems it would only work when you have a large number of toadies. I might have to do it the way the "Great Bald One" suggested for lack of a better method. Thanks again, Rhea!

Hey Don, what I mentioned here was basically crafting language to your employees in a company announcement or internal press release that encourages them to search for something. House something on your site(s), profiles or wherever and instead of simply linking there explain that they can find this online by searching for [x]. In essence, you're getting your very large internal network to do the querying for you in a completely legitimate way. It's Mechanical Turk crowd sourced queries without the risky, spammy behavior (in my opinion). ;)

Can you elaborate/explain Internal PR to employees (Autocomplete Gold!), please? This sounds like something I need to employ for a client, but just want to make certain I go about it effectively. Thanks!
