I'm a few days behind reading your coverage of SMX West. Honestly, because I couldn't imagine myself being interested in the content of the Expo. (My background and interests are in programming, not marketing.) Turns out I was wrong, since your coverage is both entertaining and incredibly informative.

Did anyone mention much about the possible rise of crowdsourced searching? I've been reading a few articles (most recently in the March 1st issue of Forbes) about attempts to push searching out to a human network. The article in Forbes ("Searching the Darkness" by Taylor Buley and Quentin Hardy, pg. 38 if you're interested) was particularly about a company called Wowd. (<b>One Google search later.</b> Looks like the article's available here: http://www.forbes.com/forbes/2010/0301/technology-internet-wowd-networks-skype-searching-darkness.html

What are your thoughts on crowdsourced searching? If it became popular, would that change your advice regarding or approach to SEO and/or branding and/or anything else?
