Just wow. Great summary of this talk. Some of my early ideas with Sales Rescue Team were around crowdsourcing sales and marketing advice. 5 Second Test is a great site and concept and I love their karma aspect, which again defines what our 50+ pay-it-forward volunteers were doing. I’ve learned a bunch about crowdsourcing having used Mechanical Turk a ton, Guru to some degree, Smartsheet (which is a terrific way to access Turk, by the way).
We found that we wanted to go deeper than the average usability work (needed, I’m not dissing it) and provide very specific advice for small biz owners to improve their online sales. We can still crowdsource, so to speak, but with a higher level team for higher pay.

The PPC collaboration makes a lot of sense. I dig that. There were a few in here I hadn’t heard of and I’m grateful for your summaries since I couldn’t attend.
